Corporate Licensing & Licensing for Multiple Users
Corporate pricing is straightforward and affordable: $25/month per computer or user and a 28% discount for annual subscriptions at $216/year ($18/month) is offered. This standard pricing applies to all users, and we do not offer network licenses or additional volume or corporate discounts beyond the annual 28% discount.
Each user / machine that you want to use Deed Reader Pro needs a license. This pricing structure allows us to maintain high-quality support and continue development to provide improvements and new features. All software updates and support are included, and we are continually adding new features and making improvements. We expect that the cost for each license should quickly be recuperated within the first survey or project each month by saving significant deed processing time.
This is how we typically handle licensing with companies that need multiple licenses:
1. One license key is created that will be used company wide. The license key will be configured to work on the number of machines that corresponds to the number of seats purchased. This simplifies the licensing process with there will only be one invoice and one license key to manage for the whole company.
2. We can provide a link to a license portal so that you can view the current seat holders and release seats so that a seat can be transferred to a new machine when a computer or employee needs to be replaced.
3. Additionally, seats can be added in the future and prorated so that all licenses are co-termed. Just let us know when and if additional seats need to be added and we can send an invoice or automatically charge the payment method on file.
Multiple seats can be purchased using the Purchase License option found inside Deed Reader Pro in the Info menu. Just set the quantity of seats that are needed in the Stripe checkout page. If you need a quote or invoice contact support@deedreaderpro.com.
